Bridget is a certified NeuroMuscular Therapist, certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist , and Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Massage Therapist.
She has pursued these modalities since completing her massage training at MTI/Cortiva in Watertown, in 2006.
Alleviating pain in the body was the interest from the beginning of her career. While treating many with low back pain, her curiosity grew regarding the organs of the body; how are they affected by the asymmetries of our myoskeleton?
Her attention was brought to the nurturing practice of Arvigo®Abdominal Therapy, and she has found this modality a wonderful complement to the more evidence-based neuromuscular therapy. She looks forward to furthering her education in pre-natal care, visceral manipulation, and TMJ dysfunction.

I specialize in helping patients who are struggling with complex or long-standing health concerns—especially when they haven’t been able to find clear answers elsewhere.
Many of my patients come to me with issues such as digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, chronic pain, and fatigue. My approach combines acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and personalized nutrition to identify and treat the root cause of what’s going on—not just manage symptoms.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I take the time to understand your full health history and create a treatment plan tailored specifically to your body and your goals.
If you’re ready to move forward with a more comprehensive, individualized approach to your health, I look forward to working with you.
